Whitewater Shopping Centre has been fully designed to ensure the highest standard of accessibility for all customers.

Shopmobility facilities are available in the centre, located in the Basement below the Customer Service Desk.

Shopmobility is a scheme which lends manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs and powered scooters to members of the public with limited mobility. This service is offered free of charge. Please ring 045 450 736 for more information.

Disabled toilets are located throughout the Centre. Both floors are accessible by lifts.
