Flash-Mob Dancers take-over Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge  as the Centre Launches the Fit & Fab Club
 
Over 100 local dancers stage impromptu dance performance in Newbridge shopping centre
 
Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge is helping their shoppers get a head start on their fitness resolutions with the launch of a new free fitness, beauty and health programme designed to help their customers to get fit and fabulous for 2012. To celebrate the launch of the ‘Fit & Fab’ club, over 100 local dancers surprised shoppers this Saturday 14th Januawith an impromptu performance in the Centre.

The six week ‘Fit & Fab’ programme will take place onsite in the shopping centre in a specially designed fitness pod and includes one on one fitness consultations, a variety of fitness classes (Pilates, Dance, Zumba & Circuits), as well as beauty and fashion clinics. As part of the programme the Centre is also launching an innovative Facebook application which will allow Fans of their Facebook page access to daily expert fitness, nutrition, beauty and fashion advice.
