- Minimum 3+ years overall experience as a Chef
- Minimum 1+ years experience in fast paced or fast food kitchen
- Minimum 2+ years experience on the Grill – cooking quality steak – if applying for Grill
- Minimum 2+ years experience on the Wok – chinese/thai/oriental cuisines – if applying for Wok
- Must have HACCP training
- References are a must.
