We want to ensure your visit to Whitewater Shopping Centre is pleasant and stress free and offer a number of services for your convenience. If you need something else, the Customer Service Team is always happy to help. You can visit them on the Ground Floor opposite M&S or call them on 045 449 002.

Baby Changing and Feeding Areas
The Centre has two dedicated baby changing rooms, one located by the toilets near the Food Court on the Upper Level, and the other near the Bridge Link from the Multistory Car Park on the Upper Level near Debenhams.


ATM's
Cash dispensers can be found at the following locations:

  • AIB - Cutlery Road Entrance
  • Bank of Ireland - beside the Bridge Link from the Multistory Car Park
  • Ulster Bank - below the Customer Service Desk in the Basement Car Park


WiFi and Internet
WiFi and Internet access is available in the Food Court. Vouchers can be purcahsed from the Customer Service Desk. Internet stations are located outside Puccino's Cafe.


First Aid
We have fully qualified public safety officer on duty at all times in the centre and a First Aid room is available. Please contact a member of the Security Team or the Customer Service Desk for assistance.
